If you intend for customers to pay directly on your site, via a credit card, you will need a merchant account. If this is the case, we can help and guide you towards the best method for setting one up.
The other alternative is via a third party payment system (e.g. Paypal, Worldpay , 2CheckOut, Google Checkout). We integrate payment modules into your site, in order to accept payments in these formats.
This is something we can discuss and plan for.
We will give you total protection with Secure Socket Certificates.
What does this do?
When the certificate is placed within the site, it encrypts user data into a format that can't be read. The customer knows that the certificate is in place, because when buying, the padlock icon is shown at the bottom of the browser.
This results in increased sales, because the customers knows that they are protected by the best means possible.
Training
We will provide a full day of one to one training within Lincolnshire, including video training, on your own premises.
Unfortunately, we're not able to offer this outside Lincolnshire, but are happy to provide the same service on our own premises.
The shop framework that we use has extensive literature, available from most good bookshops and online.
